Midtown

40 West 55th Street is a 10-story pre-war condominium on Midtown, Manhattan, orginally constructed in 1925 by reowned architect Rosario Candela.

The building features a classic brick facade with a limestone base, corwned by terracotta cornices. Walsh Engineering led a comprehensive facade restoration, including terracotta unit replacementand restoration, structural steel repairs, and parapet restoration. All work was preformed in accorddance with historic preservation to stablize and restore.
