131 E 93rd Street is a distinguished 9-story neo-Federal cooperative located on a tree-lined block in Carnegie Hill, orginally constructed in 1923.

Walsh Engineering led an exterior restoration campaign that included structural steel repairs. terracotta replacement and restoration, and detailed limestone restoration across the facade. All work was preformed in accorddance with historic preservation standards, preserving the buildings orginal architecture character while ensuring long term structural integrity. The project reflects a careful balance of craftmanship and technical execution, supporting the builidng’s continued presence as a contributing asset within the historic Carnegie Hill neighbirhood.
