43 East 10th Street is a six-story Romanesque Revival co-op with a brick, terracotta, and brownstone façade.

Walsh Engineering performed a full exterior restoration campaign, including brownstone unit replacement and patching, terracotta repair and replication, and cornice restoration. All work was completed in accordance with historic preservation standards to stabilize and restore deteriorated façade elements.
