A designated landmark right near Union Square, Designed by Samuel Sass and built in 1906, 821 Broadway housed one of the largest running book shops in NYC the building is also a landmark. 821 has been worked on by Walsh Engineering specifically for their Facade and Tarracotta repairs and restoration.
