by its early 20th-century architectural design featuring terracotta and masonry elements.

Walsh Engineering conducted a comprehensive façade restoration to ensure structural integrity. The

restoration included selective terracotta replacement and repair, rebuilding of the parapet, and cornice

restoration. All work was performed using historic preservation techniques to maintain the building’s

architectural character.
